Birth Support

 

As your birth doula, I offer physical, emotional, and mental support throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum through evidence-based and holistic guidance. This service includes:

  • 2 in-person prenatal visits

  • Help finding the right care-provider or switching providers (if needed)

  • Phone, text and email support throughout pregnancy

  • Assist in identifying labor and birth preferences

  • Referrals to professionals as needed

  • Calm and supportive coaching during labor

  • Help determining what stage of labor you are in

  • Provide relaxation & comfort techniques

  • Emotional support for partner

  • 1-2 hours of support immediately following birth

  • Immediate breastfeeding support 

  • 1 postpartum visit within first week
